The Acting Prime Minister Winston Peters is expected to take the stand at the High Court in Auckland on Monday as his much-anticipated privacy lawsuit kicks off.
The first day will see the New Zealand First leader's case laid out against two former National Party ministers, top civil servants and a government department.
He claims his privacy was breached in the lead-up to the 2017 election campaign.
