Teens describe rapid rise of vaping

Teenagers say vaping is addicting their friends to nicotine and a Rotorua principal is urging the government to restrict access and advertising of vaping products before Christmas. Meanwhile, primary school principals are warning that some of their students are using vapes too and they want advice on what to do. RNZ's education correspondent John Gerritsen has the story.
