Transport Agency 'dropped the ball' on light rail - new Chair

From Morning Report, 7:17 am on 22 October 2019

The then-interim-chair of the NZTA Nick Rogers reportedly dismissed the bid, describing it as little more than a six page powerpoint presentation. The new chair of NZTA Sir Brian Roche spoke with Philippa Tolley.
