8Chan founder tries to block owner's citizenship bid

The creator of the notorious 8Chan website, which was used by the March 15 gunman to promote his video of the atrocity, is trying to prevent its current owner from getting citizenship in the Philippines, where he says it'll be easier for him to avoid legal action. American man Jim Watkins has applied for citizenship in the country he's lived in for the past 10 years, which 8Chan founder Fredrick Brennan says is a move to avoid US law enforcement as he tries to get the dark web messaging site back online.
