US withdrawing troops from Syria, making way for Turkey

The United States is set to withdraw another thousand troops from Northern Syria as Turkish-backed forces push deeper into the country. The withdrawal comes amid reports that hundreds of Islamic State supporters have escaped from a refugee camp taking advantage of the mayhem that ensued as Turkish artillery pounded the area.
