NZ First claims credit for expense of migrant parent visa

New Zealand First is taking credit for ratcheting up requirements for migrants who want to bring their parents to New Zealand. The Government announced the visa's reinstatement this week - but it came with a fish-hook - a significantly higher income threshold which has knocked nearly all those on the waiting list out of contention.
