Tracking the typhoon headed for Japan
Typhoon Higabis is bearing down on Japan as the Rugby World Cup adjusts to the cancellation of two pool matches. The All Blacks' final World Cup pool match against Italy in the city of Toyota, around 300 kilometres from Tokyo, has been called off. So has France's final pool game against England. Former Wellingtonian, Motoko Kakubayashi is based in Tokyo and has been tracking the approach of typoon Higabis. She told our producer Jeremy Wilkinson that people are preparing for the worst.
