How should the surplus be spent?

With the government delivering the biggest budget surplus in a decade, how should it be spent? Finance Minister Grant Robertson says he wants to invest in infrastructure, health and education, keep debt levels low and spend wisely. But National leader Simon Bridges says Grant Robertson's wallet is bulging with cash at the expense of New Zealanders. We speak to John Milford, chief executive of Wellington Chamber of Commerce, and Susan St John, economics adviser at the Child Poverty Action Group.
