Local government elections: turnout tipped to be all-time low

Voter turnout for this Saturday's local elections is heading for a record low with one official saying online voting must be brought in to halt the decline. Hamish Cardwell has been out on the streets asking young people about whether they'll vote and what can be done to get them to the ballot box.
