Students mourn woman trampled to death at Dunedin party
Students who were at a Dunedin party where a young woman died on Saturday night say it was a typical fun affair -- until they tried to leave. The woman, who is yet to be named by police, was trampled on a crowded stairwell as dozens tried to flee after being told security had been called to shut the party down. Our Dunedin reporter Tess Brunton spoke to three students who were among dozens leaving floral tributes outside the flat last night. One had been at the party earlier on Saturday evening.
