Auckland's mayor sceptical about moving port to Northland

Auckland's mayor is casting doubt on what the supercity stands to gain by shifting its port to Northland. The Government's working group is recommending the move, saying it only costs 800-million dollars more than keeping it where it is, and has a benefit to cost ratio of two to one. But Phil Goff says he won't simply give away assets built up by generations of Aucklanders.
