UK PM puts up a new Brexit deal

The UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson has released his new brexit proposal. The British Governmnet published its Brexit proposals to the European Union including plans to replace the Irish backstop.Speaking at the Conservative Party conference Mr Johnson said the only alternative to his plan was no-deal.Our correspondent in London is The BBC's Rob Watson.
