Why road congestion eases during School Holidays

New data released from the Census may come as a surprise. For the first time, Stats NZ asked people about their main means of travelling to their place of education.
128-thousand respondents said they drive themselves, and 450-thousand were driven by someone else. Matthew Theunissen reports maybe that's why there is less road congestion during school holidays.
