Green Party champion proposed environmental goods trade deal

The Green Party is championing a new potential deal with four countries to remove tariffs on environmental goods like solar panels and wind turbines. The Prime Minister announced the move at the UN in New York, alongside leaders from Norway, Iceland, Costa Rica and Fiji. Climate Change Minister James Shaw is in our Wellington studio.
