British parliament to resume after suspension ruled unlawful
The British Supreme Court has unanimously ruled the decision by the British prime minister Boris Johnson to prorogue or suspend parliament for five weeks before a Queen's Speech was unlawful. The Speaker of the House John Bercow says MPs should return to Parliament today. Prime Minister Boris Johnson, who's at the United Nations in New York, says he strongly disagrees with the decision. We speak to London correspondent, Vincent McAviney.
