The United Nations secretary general Antonio Guterres says today's Climate Action Summit in New York is about announcing bold actions, and not fancy speeches. In his opening address, Mr Gutteres said limiting the global temperature rise to within 1.5 degrees is still possible but it will require major transformations in all aspects of society. The opening of the summit was also marked by an impassioned plea from Swedish environmental activist Greta Thunberg. We speak to New York correspondent, Sarah Walton
