Spark Sport customers want technical problems sorted

Spark Sport won't say how much it will be spending on refunds to customers after its exclusive live stream of the All Black's opening Rugby World Cup match hit technical problems. The company was forced to broadcast the second half of the match against South Africa live on TVNZ's Duke after being flooded with complaints on Saturday night. Customers tell RNZ what the match was like for them.
