Spark responds to disgruntled customers' streaming complaints

Spark is promising to make changes after it's streaming service dropped out for some subscribers during the All Blacks first world cup match. Viewers across New Zealand using the service complained of choppy pixelated images, and slow connections and sometimes no connection at all. Head of Spark Sport is Jeff Latch.
