After months of reassuring the public its exclusive livestreaming of the Rugby World Cup would offer a seamless viewing experience, Spark Sport is in damage control after Saturday night turned into a nightmare for thousands of keen rugby fans. The All Blacks' opening match against South Africa was plagued with technical problems. Disappointed All Blacks supporter Sue Blotha told our reporter Katie Scotcher that after months of anticipation, her frustration level went through the roof.
