UK parliament suspension goes to Supreme Court

The UK Supreme Court is considering whether British Prime Minister Boris Johnson acted unlawfully in advising the Queen to suspend, or "prorogue," Parliament for five weeks. In recent weeks the English High Court and Scottish Court of Session have had different rulings on prorogation. The Supreme Court is the highest court in the United Kingdom and the final court of appeal. As such it will have the final say. We speak to our correspondent in London, Vincent McAviney.
