National leader, Simon Bridges has told Morning Report the only way the Christchurch Call will make a difference will be if the United States comes on board. Last week, the Leader of the Opposition, Simon Bridges, said that "everyday" New Zealanders do not care about the Prime Minister's global campaign to rein in online extremism. Facebook has just announced changes to its policies and enforcement in what it says is a direct response to the Christchurch Call.
