Lawyers say Holidays Act pay confusion must be addressed sooner

A major law firm says two recent complex and confusing Employment Court cases show that an overhaul of the Holidays Act cannot wait. At the same time, a plastic surgeon in Christchurch says he has discovered his health board employer is guilty of egregious failures to comply with the Act. Phil Pennington reports.
