An Auckland developer who could face two years in jail for breaching affordable housing rules says he wants to repay the first home buyers he's accused of overcharging. They were given consent to build affordable homes to be sold at no more than $636-thousand dollars but then charged buyers extra for basic landscaping like driveways and fences. Rowan Quinn reports.
