Ira Spitzer discusses Xavier Bettel and Boris Johnson's meeting

From Morning Report, 7:45 am on 17 September 2019

The Prime Minister of Luxembourg has called Brexit a "nightmare" and says it is up to the United Kingdom to find a way out of the impasse. Xavier Bettel was at a meeting with the British Prime Minister today and says Mr Johnson had failed to put forward any serious plans to allow a deal by 31 October.
