NZ spies received information obtained by tortured detainees

New Zealand spy agencies received intelligence from individuals detained and tortured by the CIA in Afghanistan during the 2000s. But the SIS and GCSB have both been cleared of any complicit involvement in the ill-treatment of the detainees. Paul Buchanan is a security consultant at 36th Parallel Assessments, telling Morning Report it raises serious questions about the SIS' involvement.
