Freshwater plans leave Māori wanting

Māori leaders say the government's latest freshwater plans don't go far enough and fail to deal with the pressing issue of Māori water rights. The Action Plan for Healthy Waterways aims to restore rivers and lakes within a generation but it's being criticised for not addressing what Maori say is the elephant in the room.
