UK MPs are about to vote on taking control of the parliamentary agenda from the government.
If the vote passes, tomorrow morning they will bring forward a bill that would force Prime Minister Boris Johnson to delay Brexit unless MPs back a new deal or vote for a no-deal exit. Earlier, Mr Johnson lost his majority when one of his MPs defected to the Liberal Democrats.
