Healthcare organisations do not cooperate well - report

An interim report of the government's review of the health system is pointing to widespread and systemic flaws.

It says healthcare organisations do not co-operate well, many professionals resist collaborating across disciplines, and there is a general resistance to change at many levels.

Corin Dann spoke to Heather Simpson, the chair of the Health and Disability System Review Panel, about its findings so far.
