More complaints of poor service have emerged in the Wellington in-home care sector.
On Friday we told the story of the daughter of an 84-year-old woman, who went on Facebook to criticise the lack of care her mum had been receiving from the Nurse Maude organisation.
Since then, we've received many emails and texts that echo her experience. Jonathan Mitchell reports.
