Vulnerable youth should not go into cells - Childrens' Commissioner

Official figures have revealed more than 130 incidents of self-harm in Youth Justice Facilities in the past five years.

As well, nine young people attempted to harm themselves or commit suicide in police cells - one aged just 13.
