Measles outbreak: Auckland schools ask for vaccination clinics

A group of schools is among community groups asking Auckland health officials for vaccination clinics to help combat the measles outbreak.

There are now more than 900 confirmed cases of measles across New Zealand - 700 of them in Auckland. Three free vaccination clinics were held in South Auckland over the weekend.

Carmel Ellis from the Counties Manukau District Health Board told RNZ reporter Tom Furley it was a busy weekend.
