Family First says the new government policy to give hungry kids a free lunch rewards bad parenting. A 45 million dollar government programme announced yesterday will serve a daily free lunch in 30 schools from the first term of next year, to be extended to 120 schools in 2021. Family First's president is Bob McCoskrie.
