‘Shocking dismissal’ of women with endometriosis by DHB

Women's health advocates are asking the Counties Manukau district health board to clarify what it considers to be a "non-urgent" health issue.

The DHB says it can't guarantee treatment for people with non-urgent problems because it is so busy. Among the problems it defines as non-urgent are incontinence and endometriosis.
