The nurses union is promising major changes after a highly critical review of its pay bargaining process last year.
Nurses achieved a pay deal mid last year, after long and complex negotiations with district health boards.
They were marked by bitter divisions between the union leadership and its 30,000-plus members - especially on social media.
A report out today reveals weaknesses in the union's campaign, and says there's a need for reconciliation.
