At the G7 summit US President Donald Trump has signalled that he is open to meeting Iran's President Hassan Rouhani.
The host of the summit - French President Emmanuel Macron - says he is trying to facilitate a meeting between the two leaders.
This follows the surprise arrival of Iran's foreign minister in Biarritz yesterday, at the invitation of Mr Macron.
Mr Trump said he would consider meeting the Iranian president in the near future.
