Concern over Māori being pushed aside in Oranga Tamariki inquiry

A hui deciding how an inquiry into Oranga Tamariki will run says Māori have every right to live to their potential and must not be relegated to the B-team.

The people at the Hamilton meeting made it plain their concerns are just one aspect of what they see as state interference in the lives of Māori. RNZ's Waikato reporter Andrew McRae was at the hui.
