Upper Hutt residents oppose new housing due to flooding fears

Pressure for new housing in Upper Hutt is colliding with a fear of flooding. A local group opposed to the city council's desire for new homes on forested hills above Pinehaven say new modelling shows it will be disastrous. RNZ's Phil Pennington reports.
