New homeowners not protected by onsold policy

A legal expert is warning the problem of quake damaged homes being onsold to unsuspecting buyers is likely to continue despite the government's new 300 million dollar scheme to pay for missed or botched repairs. But, the new resolution only covers homes that were bought prior to August the 15th - yesterday - and experts warn there are many more homes with unidentified damage. Nicholas Pointon reports.
