Fifteen victims of people trafficking are waiting to find out their immigration fate - four years after the court case finished.
Immigration New Zealand called them to give evidence in the people trafficking case - but when it came to applying for residence said their credibility was questionable and rejected them without an interview.
The 15 from India, who are on a special category of work visa for people who have been trafficked, successfully appealed the rejection of the residence applications. Gill Bonnett reports.
