Blackcurrant juice proves an exercise boost - research

Unmotivated to go out for that walk or run? Struggling to push through the pain when you do?

There may be a simple answer: a glass of blackcurrant juice.

Scientists at Plant and Food Research say consuming polyphenolic-rich juice an hour before exercise reduces fatigue.
