Govt to control NZ drinking water safety: What's the cost?

The government has announced a new governing body to regulate New Zealand's drinking water.

It comes after four deaths in Havelock North after the town's water supply was contaminated with camplyobacter in 2016.

Health Minister David Clark talks to Corin Dann about the use of chlorine, and the cost of the changes.
