A former Race Relations Commissioner is adding his voice to critics of the Royal Commission of Inquiry into the mosque attacks in Christchurch.
Joris de Bres says he was invited to meet with the inquiry but has declined because he says the families of the victims and their communities are not being given enough consideration and support.
