New Zealand First MP Tracey Martin says her party's found consensus with the Justice Minister on abortion law reform and draft legislation is going before Cabinet ministers on Tuesday.
Ms Martin has the job of making sure the proposed Bill met the New Zealand First's principles of "safe, legal and rare".
But Tracey Martin told RNZ political reporter Jo Moir NZ First MPs won't be voting as a bloc but will have a conscience vote.
