A father and his two daughters are still missing in the hills above Days Bay in Lower Hutt.
The 50-year old man and his two daughters, aged 14 and 11 were reported missing last night after they failed to return from a day walk.
Eight teams of three police have been using dogs to look for the three overnight, and will resume the search this morning.
