Collins holds back tears at euthanasia bill's second reading

David Seymour's End of Life Choice Bill has passed its second reading 70 votes to 50.

The second reading, ahead of the vote, sparked emotional speeches in the House.

National MP Judith Collins has held back tears in Parliament describing her father's death.

Health Minister and Dunedin North MP David Clark was one of those who opposed the bill.
