Gun buyback process fair - Police Minister

A sports shooter who has spent thousands on the hobby says the government's gun buyback scheme is a kick in the face.

Introduced in the wake of the Christchurch massacre, gun owners will get a percentage of the market price of a weapon depending on its condition.

Police Minister Stuart Nash tells Gyles Beckford there is a fair process for gun owners who dispute the value paid for their returned weapons under the amnesty.
