Employers warned to change drug-testing methods

Employers are being warned they could be at risk of breaking the law if they don't change their drug-testing methods.

First Union, which represents more than twenty-eight thousand workers, says companies should move to oral testing for drugs, rather than urine testing, or potentially be in breach of the Privacy Act.
