'Fundamental flaws' in Pharmac setup - advocate

An advocate for a patient group says Pharmac is playing a money game while patients are dying and she's now looking to take the agency to the Human Rights Commission. Fiona Tolich is an advocate for those with Spinal Muscular Atrophy like her and she told First Up she believes Pharmac's delay in funding certain medications is a crime against humanity. Now she's calling on other patient groups for support. Indira Stewart reports.
