Eight people have so far put their hand up to succeed the outgoing British Prime Minister, Theresa May, when she leaves the post on June 7.
Mrs May announced her resignation on Friday, after failing on multiple occasions to gain support from the Parliament for her Brexit deal.
Michael Gove is the latest to add his name to the long list of contenders, headed by Boris Johnson.
