Govt breaking promises on debt - National

National says the government is breaking a significant economic promise by easing its debt targets. The Finance Minister Grant Robertson says the government intends to relax its debt target of 20 percent of GDP, to between 15 and 25 percent from 2022. He says that would potentially give it $15 billion more to borrow and gives gives the government more flexibility. But National's finance spokesperson says Grant Robertson is abandoning any pretence of fiscal responsibility. Amy Adams talks to Corin Dann.
